Dyneon™* TFM™* PTFE is a modified PTFE used in the electrical/electronic and chemical processing industries. Components made from Dyneon™ TFM™ PTFE have smoother finishes, lower ion extractables, improved mechanicals and reduced cleaning cycle times.
Custom Compounding is a full service supplier of more than 2,200 PTFE compounds in standard flow, free flow and pre-sintered grades for all manufacturing processes. They provide a wide range of technical services, from custom manufacture, to specific end-use needs, to comprehensive testing.
Fluoroplastic resins range from heat-resistant, fully fluorinated Dyneon™* PFA to flexible, easy-to-process Dyneon™* THV. Along with Dyneon™* ETFE, Dyneon™* HTE, and Dyneon™* FEP Fluoroplastics, they find applications in markets that include automotive, semiconductor, wire and cable, chemical processing, films and coatings, and light management.
Dyneon™* Fluoroelastomers and Dyneon™* Base Resistant Elastomers are fabricated or molded into products such as seals, gaskets, O-rings, hoses, tubing and valve liners. These parts are used in the automotive, food processing, aerospace, petroleum down-hole, chemical processing and industrial pollution control industries in applications requiring resistance to aggressive chemicals or heat.
Dynamar™* Elastomer Additives include a rubber curative system for vulcanizing ECO (polyepichlorohydrin) elastomers, a masterbatch of curatives for fluoroelastomers, and a fluoroelastomer cure accelerator masterbatch.
Dynamar™* Polymer Processing Additives (PPAs) are multi-purpose extrusion aids used in extruding polyolefin resins such as LLDPE and HDPE. Dynamar PPAs reduce die build-up, eliminate surface defects such as melt fracture or shark skin, and may increase output.
